The detail is my craft.
I'm a private chef in Tulum. I cook multi-course dinners with products from the peninsula: catch of the day, citrus, recados and nixtamalized corn. Before the service we talk to build the menu around your group, allergies and tastes. I do the shopping, cook in the kitchen of your home or villa, serve at the table and leave everything clean. I also teach Yucatecan cooking classes for groups who want to cook with me.
